Welcome process: After enrollment, a repair expert contacts you to welcome you into the program and schedule shipment for your free factory assessment. Not ready yet? You can delay the assessment and start receiving program replacement parts immediately.
The 47-point assessment: We inspect everything, document the condition, and provide ASME/UL compliance reports for your records.
Tier differences:
Lite: Assessment report provided. You pay for any needed repairs at your 20% discount.
Essential & Premium: Assessment plus all customary repairs included—we restore to like-new condition at no additional cost. Customer misuse is excluded.
Note: Free assessments require annual enrollment (not available for month-to-month Lite). In rare instances where extreme wear is found during initial assessment, you can pay for additional repairs to meet program standards, or receive a membership refund less shipping. Yes. Upgrade anytime. Downgrade at annual renewal. Annual and multi-year commitments are non-refundable but transferable to new Hoffman equipment. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Contact sales for complete terms and conditions.
Every 2 years, your equipment returns to our factory for complete reconditioning (limited to 1x every 2 years).
Both Essential and Premium annual plans include loaner equipment—Premium enjoys free shipping and loaners, Essential pays for shipping and discounted rental rates on loaners if desired.
We inspect, replace worn parts, clean, descale, and recalibrate to factory specifications and provide a detailed report of work performed.
We typically complete repairs in 8-10 days for Premium customers and 12-14 days for Essential customers, though timing may vary based on your location and time of year.
All members on annual plans get 20% off parts/repairs plus (1) one emergency hot swap loaner ($49 swap fee) per year.
Lite: DIY repairs with your discount and factory support available.
Essential: We cover customary repairs—just pay shipping and the $49 swap fee for the loaner.
Premium: All customary repairs covered plus free shipping both ways. $49 swap fee still applies.
